This Web Site is operated by Quality Nanny Services Inc from its offices in the United States.

This Web Site is directed to adults in the United States and is not intended for children under the age of thirteen.

Temporary Services

By signing up and using temporary services provided by Quality Nanny Services of Florida Inc. you (QNS INC.) agree to the following terms and conditions which are subject to change at anytime. A current copy is always available on our website.

You agree to keep a current credit card on file at all times and you authorize for any booking fees requested by you, the client, to be run on this card immediately upon request.

You understand that the nanny is not booked until the fee is paid. (except for service requests in under 24 hours)

You understand that booking fees are non refundable and that any bookings requested in less than 24 hours will not be charged a booking fee until a nanny is booked.

You agree that if you offer a nanny referred to you by QNS Inc. a job other than the service date requested, that you will pay the current part time or full time placement fee as it applies and this fee will automatically be charged to your card on file.

You agree that you are responsible for the pay of the service provider that comes to your home.

You understand that our home rates and hotel rates are different and if you need a nanny at a different location than your residence hotel rates will apply.

You understand that the admin fee is charged annually based upon the month you sign up.

You agree to keep QNS Inc. updated on any major changes via the family info form so that we can provide the caregiver with the most accurate information available.

You understand that we are a referral service, the nanny is to be paid by you.

You agree to use the form located on our website to request service or to call if service is requested in 24 hours or less.

You understand that all fees are subject to change and will be billed as represented on our website at the time the request is made and the booking fee is paid.  If a request is made and the booking fee is not paid, the booking fee at the time it is paid is the one that will apply.

There is a four (4) hour minimum on all temporary service providers. This does not mean that you have to use them for the full four hours, but they will require a minimum of 4 hours of pay.

Privacy

We describe our current practices related to personally identifiable information collected through the Site in our Privacy Policy and that we may update our policies and practices from time to time at our sole discretion.

Your Use of Content and Information -- Disclaimer with Respect to Content A variety of information, advice, recommendations, letters, messages, comments, posts, text, graphics, software, music, sound, photographs, videos, data, and other materials ("Content") is available on the Web Site. Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement for any or no cause, at any time, by notice, which shall be effective immediately or as specified in the notice. After termination, you shall no longer access the Web Site. The provisions of this Agreement which by their intent or meaning intended to survive such termination shall continue to apply indefinitely.Severability of AgreementIf any provision of the Agreement is found by a court or other binding authority to be invalid, you agree that every attempt shall be made to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in that provision, and the remaining provisions contained in the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.Applicable LawThis Agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the Web Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Quality Nanny Services Inc may remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing;2. Quality Nanny Services Inc may forward the written notification to such alleged infringer; and3. Quality Nanny Services Inc may take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer that it has removed or disabled access to the material.Counter-NotificationIf the alleged infringer believes that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against it and it would like to submit a counter-notification, it may file a Counter-Notification in Response to Claim of Copyright Infringement with Quality Nanny Services Inc’s Copyright Agent.To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication provided to the Quality Nanny Services Inc’s Copyright Agent for Notice that includes the following information:1. The alleged infringer's name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the alleged infringer consents to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the alleged infringer's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Quality Nanny Services Inc may be found, and that the alleged infringer will accept service of process from the person who provided notification or an agent of such person.Upon receipt of a Counter-Notification containing the information as outlined in 1 through 4 above:1. Quality Nanny Services Inc r may promptly provide you with a copy of the Counter-Notification;2. Quality Nanny Services Inc may inform you that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days; and3. Quality Nanny Services Inc may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to the material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the Counter-Notification, provided Quality Nanny Services Inc’s Copyright Agent for Notice has not received notice from you that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain Subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Quality Nanny Services Inc’s network or system.You may want to seek the advice of independent legal counsel before filing a notification or counter-notification.
