AFTER HOURS CALL RETURN POLICY
Please use email for any after hours correspondence. If you have a scheduled meeting for after hours you will not be charged. All scheduled meetings after hours are determined by individual staff and are not available all days. If you need staff after hours without a scheduled meeting there is an automatic charge of $25 for any returned call requests after hours. Please note, this fee does not guarantee you a return call after hours, however if your call is not returned after hours, it will be returned the following business day, and no charge will be made to your account. If you have a last minute scheduling need please call our after hours scheduling hotline at 352-556-6191 and leave a message as well as send your request via email to emergencyneed@qualitynannyservices.com this does not guarantee a booking but your return call will be a priority and fees will apply if it is returned after hours. This includes and time after close and before opening.
