Nanny / Household Manager Placement

A household manager placement, for our purposes, would be a placement for a child caregiver where the split duties include running the household while the children are at school such as scheduling dental and medical appointments, managing accounts and scheduling service providers such as lawn care, pool and vehicle maintenance, working with vendors, handling dry cleaning and groceries for the household, as well as when the children are home focusing on planning childcare activities, interacting with the child, caring for the child's needs, meal prep, transport to activities, cleaning up after the child and possibly some other child related duties as requested. This is ideal for families to use the when children are school age and the duties are divided among while the children are out of the home and then while they are in the home. If children are in the home full time this position may include the overseeing of another staff member such as a main nanny who's sole focus is the childcare.

Standard Nanny Placement

A standard nanny placement, for our purposes, would be a placement for a child caregiver where the primary duties are planning childcare activities, interacting with the child, caring for the child's needs, diapering, meal prep, playing, transport to activities, cleaning up after the child, and nap time and possibly some other child related duties as requested

 

Quick Fact

Did you know there is a difference between a nanny and a governess? A nanny's main focus is childcare while a governess focuses on education

 

Governess

A governess placement, for our purposes, would be a placement for a child caregiver who's primary focus is education, (not to be confused with a tutor who is ONLY there for education). A governess also provides some childcare such as meal prep, nap time, and other activities while a tutor does not however, unlike a standard nanny her focus is education and not childcare- think homeschooling

 

Standard Nanny Placement with light housekeeping

A standard nanny placement with light housekeeping, for our purposes, would be a placement with additional duties of vacuuming main play area, children's laundry, changing children's linens, and possibly dusting

 

Hotel Nanny

A hotel nanny, for our purposes, would be a nanny that comes right to your hotel and provides a minimum of 4 hours of childcare service. The nanny can take your children to different activities or stay right in the room for a movie night with the children while you enjoy an evening on the town. Vacation Nanny

A vacation Nanny travels with you to your destinantion and stays with you during your trip. vacation nannies with passports are also available.

 

Housekeepers

A housekeeper placement, for our purposes, would be a placement for cleaning such as bathrooms, whole house vacuuming, washing family laundry, family linens, dusting, moping, scrubbing

 

Summer Nannies

A summer nanny placement, for our purposes, would be a placement for June- Aug of the same year

 

Newborn Nannies

A newborn nanny placement, for our purposes, would be a placement for a child under the age of 5 months

 

Special Needs

Nannies A special needs nanny placement, for our purposes, would be a placement for a child with a disability either physical, mental, or emotional

 

Tutors

A tutor placement, for our purposes, would be a placement for helping with schoolwork typically on specific subjects such as math, science, languages or reading but may also encompass more than one subject lasting typically 1-2 hours (possibly more if needed)

 

Senior Elder Caregiver

A senior/elder caregiver placement, for our purposes, would be a placement for an elderly person in need of a companion
